Feature requirement as suggested by users in the intercom community feedback page. User want unique filters to sort customer messages in the intercom dashboard. Design a feature to address this.

1) Breaking down the problem statement.
2) Research to understand all the aspects of the problem. This includes understanding the working of intercom and its business.
3) Brainstorming and prototyping idea.
4) Designing userflow, ux and interaction design and thinking of edgecases.
5) Creating the high - fidelity ui and refining the information architecture.
6) Coding a real working prototype.
7) Refining and Feedback.
